After examining my nutrition log, I think my diet is not too well balanced. But it "˜s not my fault! The school system should have better food. All they have at a reasonable price that tastes good are chips, soda, candy and ice cream. The Sub-way sandwiches are $3.00 and the pizza is $2.75. I'm eating too much junk on a daily basis. My daily routine is some sort of soda and chips. On the first day of my log, I ate some chips, a soda, some top ramen, some very fattening pasta, and a glass of orange juice. Out of five items, only one of them had some real nutritional value to it. I don't see myself eating for no reason, I'm not into spending money on stuff I don't need. Maybe I'll start bringing a more nutritious lunch to school. I also need to start eating breakfast too.

Water is huge problem for me. I know this, because the pimples on my face are telling me so. I remember a couple of months ago all I drank was water, and my face was crystal clear. Now I'm drinking hardly any water and my face is breaking out. Water is so important and I really should start drinking it more often. In a week I only drank six cups of water. That's less than what I should drink in one day! I really feel bad about that now that I look back on it.

During the last couple of weeks, I've only exercised about two times. Part of it is because I got sick. Also, my brother who usually takes me to play basketball moved to the valley and has two jobs now. My fitness isn't up to par right now, but I'll get back into it eventually. My only form of exercise is basketball, and that's because I love it so much. Basketball is just really fun and I enjoy it a lot.

Although this particular project doesn't reflect my regular health, I can honestly say I'm in pretty good health. I usually play ball all the time, I eat well and I don't do drugs or smoke cigarettes. My only problem is consistency. I might be drinking nothing but water one month, and nothing but soda another. I might go play ball five times a week, but for whatever reason, not go at all another week. I think that by the time I grow up, they'll be a little more regularity to my routine. I'm trying not to sweat it too much.

I like the way I look on the outside. Some people think I'm too skinny, but I think it's a defining trait I have. I think it's pretty cool. I never really had a problem with the way I look. Especially now that I learned that some people are just naturally skinny, I really don't have a problem with it. The only problem that I have is the pimples on my face. They are a direct reflection of how I'm treating my body. It only takes a little junk for me to get a pimple, so that'll keep me grounded.
